We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, which may include keeping your data on file for up to 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. If we determine that we need to retain your data for a longer period, we will contact you to obtain your consent before doing so. The criteria used to determine the storage period include the length of time needed to complete the recruiting process and the need to keep the data for future reference.
Right to Withdraw Consent
